Susan Johnson serves as Fine Arts Director at Santa Clarita Christian School, where she has invested the past 20 years developing thriving music and fine arts programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Church Music and Music Education from The Master’s University and is passionate about equipping students to pursue excellence in the arts for the glory of God. In addition to her work at Santa Clarita Christian School, Susan has served as both the junior high and high school choir director at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California. She also serves as a Fine Arts Coach for the Stanley M. Herzog Foundation, where she mentors Christian school leaders in developing and strengthening their fine arts programs. Susan enjoys helping schools build sustainable, Christ-centered arts programs from the ground up, fostering collaboration among faculty, and creating meaningful opportunities for students to grow as artists and worshipers. She lives in Southern California with her husband and three children.
